Latoya West-Blackwood
Latoya West-Blackwood is a cultural strategist and creative producer specialising in publishing, project management, and nonprofit leadership. She is the founder of IPublish Consultancy, its imprint iMagiNation Books, and the Jamaica Book Festival. A recipient of the Yale International Publishing Leader Award and the Governor General’s Award for Excellence, she is recognised for expanding educational access and promoting culturally relevant books for young readers across the Caribbean. She is former President of the Book Industry Association of Jamaica, serves as Commissioner of the Early Childhood Commission, and Co-Chair of the Jamaica National Children’s Book Collective.
