Laura Sheïlla Inangoma has over 5 years of experience in community building projects including performative sensitization. She has spent more than 10 years in the creation, production & distribution of artistic work with African Youth – urban and rural – primarily focused on the Great Lakes Region and the East African Community, including Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda, and Tanzania.

As is a dedicated advocate for equal rights and gender responsiveness, she has pursued Gender Studies and Development for the past two years at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. During this time, she has balanced her studies with part-time work and effective delegation of her company’s management to a trusted team. Meanwhile, she has managed to complete two published plays, which are now performed across East, North, and West Africa, as well as in two European countries.
